The Academy, our highly-rated student-run restaurant, is open during term times at our Kirkcaldy campus.
The Academy provides excellent facilities and training for our hospitality and culinary arts students, giving them a realistic working environment and training to industry standards.
Students are at the heart of The Academy, learning in a first-class environment, taught and supervised by our chef and food services teaching staff.
We believe in nurturing the industry talent of the future. The restaurant is fast carving out an excellent reputation for itself, so come and try us out. You won’t be disappointed!
