Mental Health in the Workplace

This course aims to help you gain an understanding of the definition of workplace mental health, look at common mental health myths, identify the signs and symptoms of distress. Understanding these factors allows us to evaluate workplace mental health risk factors and triggers, while considering how to take care of ourselves. The one-day course shows you methods on how to actively listen to others, ask effective questions and reflect on your learning so you can apply this to your own workplace practice.
