Outing: We do not disclose a student's sexual orientation, gender identity or trans status without explicit consent. This includes GBV disclosures and case handling.

NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements): We do not use NDAs to silence students or staff in GBV cases.

Data and Confidentiality: Your information is handled in line with data protection law and trauma-informed practice; we share only what's necessary and with your consent where possible.

These commitments align with the Emily Test Charter minimum standards and sector practice in Scotlands HE/FE context.
